From the moment you join the Navigator support program, you step into a guided, self-paced journey designed to build your skills, every step aligned with your path from eligibility to employability.

You don’t need to wait for your visa approval or flight booking to begin preparing. In fact, starting early strengthens your application, boosting your chances of acceptance into your preferred country, institution, and program, and improving your eligibility for scholarships. It also enhances your visa success by demonstrating intent, preparedness, and a clear career pathway.

Your journey begins with our short Readiness Quizzes quick, meaningful, relevant diagnostics that help you reflect on your current readiness across key transition areas These form the foundation of your Skills to Succeed experience, covering Study Ready (academic and digital learning skills), Life Ready (social systems and cultural insight), and Job Ready ( a combination of core skills, domain specific skills & H&S skills required to secure meaningful & relevant part time jobs while studying ) With over 50 Checkpoint questions across these categories, you’ll gain insights into your strengths and spot your readiness gaps — so your preparation is guided, not guessed. Once you know where you stand, that’s exactly where the Navigator Support comes in: to help you bridge the gap in your readines, it’s not just content — it’s a solution, tailored to help you close those gaps before you even land.

This digital toolkit has been developed in response to the growing need for scientific career planning and structured, pre-departure and early arrival and ongoing support for international students. Once you sign up, you’ll receive a CliftonStrengths code to complete your profile. We’ll then activate your LMS access, where you’ll begin the Study Ready modules to build academic and digital learning skills. Your CliftonStrengths report and enrolment certificate in ‘Study Ready’ module will be added to your visa file to showcase your genuine academic aspirations. After your visa is filed, you’ll gain access to our Life Ready and Job Ready segments to start planning for life, work, and career success — even before you arrive. This is your guided journey from eligibility to employability, built on our 5A framework.

Navigator Program FAQs

Once you sign up with us, your onboarding into the Navigator Program begins immediately:

  • CliftonStrengths Assessment: You will first receive a coupon code to complete your CliftonStrengths assessment. This helps us understand your natural talents and build your personalized development path.
  • LMS Profile Activation: After we receive your CliftonStrengths report, we will create your learner profile on our Learning Management System (LMS). This will give you access to our Study Ready modules with 15 lessons focused on essential tertiary study skills, academic integrity, and digital learning success.
  • Pre-Visa Documentation Support: Your enrolment certificate and CliftonStrengths report will be compiled and included in your visa support file, helping demonstrate your genuine preparation and readiness to study.
  • Life Ready & Job Ready Access: Once your visa is filed, you will be onboarded into our Life Ready and Job Ready segments. These provide structured support to help you understand your rights, responsibilities, and job market landscape — so you can begin preparing for life and work even before you arrive.

The Readiness Quizzes assess your preparedness across three areas:

The Readiness Quizzes are part of your signup process. You’ll complete them early on and receive personalized reports right away. Each module becomes available at a specific stage of your Study-to-Settle journey, guiding you step-by-step. Once a module is activated, you’re free to explore the lessons and earn microcredentials at your own pace, in any order that suits your goals, preferences, and availability.
